Info: A very typical Central Asian type water-pitcher from Bukhara,Uzbekistan .It has no handle or lid.However, beautifully embellished with different floral and geometric designs from top to the bottom.

Info: The workmanship of the item is superb;Proportionally it is sitting on a high pedestal, well-balanced in the way it is made ,as a form.On the other hand, it is hard not to observe the symmetrical setting of the surface design. On either side of the main body we observe the embossed medallions in the form of a water-drop, bearing pomegranate flowers surrounded by Arabesque design.The hexagonal main body is embellished with tear-drop medallions filled with floral patterns.The facetted neck and the beautiful spout as well as the base are decorated with stylized Arabesque motifs.Delicately cast dragon shaped handle,connected not only to the body also beautifully pierced lid.

Info: The piece is made of copper.Previously tinned on the surface.The hexagonal main body is embellished with intermingled Arabesque bands having water drops on each side of the piece.The whole body is sitting on a three- levelled high pedestal.It has got a beautiful spout as well as a lid sitting on top.Having no handle is a traditional style of that area.
